Do I need my own Venipak contract?

Yes. OrderKrab creates labels through your own carrier contracts — you enter the API credentials from your Venipak agreement, and pricing stays whatever you negotiated. If you don't have a contract yet, request one from Venipak first.

Can customers choose a Venipak locker in my Shopify store?

Yes, at either of two moments. At checkout, Venipak pickup points appear distance-sorted, with COD-aware filtering. Or right after payment: a locker-search block on your thank-you page lets the customer pick a point, and the choice is saved to the order in OrderKrab.

How fast is Venipak delivery in the Baltics?

Venipak's home turf is next-working-day delivery across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, backed by 25 terminals and its own locker network. Delivery times are the carrier's own service standard — OrderKrab handles the labels, tracking and returns around it.
