Do I need my own LP Express contract?

Yes. OrderKrab creates labels through your own carrier contracts — you enter the API credentials from your LP Express agreement, and pricing stays whatever you negotiated. If you don't have a contract yet, request one from LP Express first.

Can customers choose an LP Express locker in my Shopify store?

Yes, at either of two moments. At checkout, LP Express lockers appear as distance-sorted pickup points, with COD-aware filtering. Or right after payment: a locker-search block on your thank-you page lets the customer pick a point, and the choice is saved to the order in OrderKrab.

Can I schedule an LP Express courier pickup from OrderKrab?

Yes. When fulfilled parcels are waiting, order a courier from OrderKrab's Shipping page — pick the pickup date and time, and the scheduled pickup lists every parcel it covers.
