Is this a direct InPost integration?

Not yet — a direct InPost API integration is in development. Today both options are booked by another carrier: one by ZipasGo, one by Nova Post, and each hands the parcel to InPost's network. Your customers see InPost lockers end-to-end either way.

Can I offer cash on delivery with InPost?

Only on the ZipasGo-booked route. The Nova Post-booked route rejects COD when the shipment is created — a hard error, so the shipment fails. Choose the ZipasGo route if you need COD in Poland.

How do labels and fulfillment work without a direct integration?

Orders sync from Shopify and labels are created through the booking carrier — ZipasGo or Nova Post — with the parcel delivered to an InPost Paczkomat. Mark an order fulfilled and it lands back on Shopify, which emails your customer the tracking code.

Enable InPost locker and courier delivery for Poland at prices you set, with an optional free-shipping threshold. A status line confirms your methods are live at the Shopify checkout, and the courier description there is yours to customize.

Two routes into InPost's network

There is no direct InPost API integration yet — one is in development. Today OrderKrab books InPost two ways: one route registered by ZipasGo, one by Nova Post, and each hands the parcel to InPost's network. Each route is its own shipping method, and you set the price your customers pay on both.

Paczkomat lockers at checkout

Customers pick from distance-sorted InPost pickup points right in the checkout, with COD-aware filtering on the ZipasGo route. Or let them choose right after payment — the locker search block on Shopify's thank-you page saves the choice straight to the order.

Poland's default delivery

In Poland InPost is not one option among many — it is the default. Gemius found 83% of Polish online shoppers choose locker delivery, and 87% of those use InPost lockers. With more than 27,000 Paczkomat lockers, offering InPost at checkout is what converts Polish customers.
