Yes. OrderKrab creates labels through your own carrier contracts — you enter the API credentials from your FedEx agreement. If you don't have a contract yet, request one from FedEx first.

How is FedEx priced at checkout?

Live. OrderKrab calls FedEx's own rate-quote API at checkout and shows the rates it returns for the destination and parcel — there's no price table for you to maintain.

Does FedEx support cash on delivery through OrderKrab?

No — FedEx shipments can't use cash on delivery. If you need COD, offer a carrier that supports it alongside: Baltic carriers like Omniva or LP Express handle COD through the same OrderKrab account.

For cross-border parcels, the carrier generates its own customs paperwork — OrderKrab supplies the line-item data behind it: HS codes, values and origin country from your order.

Labels and courier pickups on your contract

Orders sync from WooCommerce, and labels print through your own FedEx contract. When parcels are ready, schedule a FedEx courier pickup for a chosen day and time straight from OrderKrab — and every fulfillment lands back on WooCommerce, which emails your customer the tracking code.
