Do I need my own DPD contract?

Yes. OrderKrab creates labels through your own carrier contracts — you enter the API credentials from your DPD agreement, and pricing stays whatever you negotiated. If you don't have a contract yet, request one from DPD first.

Which countries can I ship to with DPD through OrderKrab?

25 EU countries. You enable DPD delivery methods per destination country at your Shopify checkout, each at the customer price you set — so you can open one market at a time.

Can customers choose a DPD pickup point in my Shopify store?

Yes, at either of two moments. At checkout, DPD pickup points appear distance-sorted, with COD-aware filtering. Or right after payment: a locker-search block on your thank-you page lets the customer pick a point, and the choice is saved to the order in OrderKrab.

DPD counts more than 150,000 out-of-home points across Europe, around 50,000 of them lockers (end 2025). Orders sync from Shopify, and labels print through your own DPD contract, cash on delivery included. Mark an order fulfilled and the fulfillment lands back on Shopify, which emails your customer the tracking code.
