- One fee per order
- Cash on delivery on 14 carriers
- Picking on iOS and Android
- Stock synced with your store
The short answer
Sendcloud is a shipping platform for 170+ carriers. You can buy labels at its rates with no contract, or connect your own contract on a paid plan. A paid plan costs a subscription plus a fee on every label, on its rates or on yours. OrderKrab is fulfillment software for your own carrier contracts, with 23 carriers integrated, DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, GLS and InPost among them. You pay one per-order fee on top of your carrier's invoice, with no subscription. On Pro, packers scan every item before the label prints, and stock stays in sync with your store.
Choose Sendcloud if
You have no carrier contract yet and want to ship at Sendcloud's rates, or want 170+ carriers and marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay in one panel.
Choose OrderKrab if
You ship on your own carrier contracts and want one fee per order instead of a subscription plus a label fee, cash on delivery on 14 carriers, picking on a phone, or stock synced with your store.

What you pay, and for what
Both sell software, and both can ship on your own carrier contract. Sendcloud charges a monthly subscription and a fee on every label, and also sells postage at its own rates. OrderKrab charges a fee per order with a monthly minimum, and never sells postage. So compare fee with fee, and postage with postage.

The fee rows assume one label per order, every label on your own contract, and Sendcloud on the cheapest plan whose monthly label limit covers the volume. Sendcloud's euro prices are as its pricing page shows them, which match its yearly billing. Monthly billing costs more, and prices differ by the country an account is registered in. Neither column includes postage or VAT. OrderKrab's per-order rates are graduated, so each rate applies only to the orders inside its band.
Sendcloud's Free plan has no subscription: you pay for each label at Sendcloud's rates, and you cannot add your own contract. OrderKrab's FREE plan gives all of Pro for 50 orders a month on your own contracts, with no card, topped back up each month.
Prices verified 7 November 2026 on Sendcloud's pricing page and Shopify App Store listing, and on OrderKrab's pricing page. Both companies set their own prices and can change them.
Why OrderKrab
- Ship from any EU country. Sendcloud's pricing page lists eight countries it fully supports and five more on conditions. OrderKrab books DHL Express, FedEx and UPS from any country and GLS from ten EU countries, each on your own account, plus national carriers such as InPost, Royal Mail, Matkahuolto and Omniva from their home markets.
- Cash on delivery where you sell. Sendcloud lists cash on delivery in Spain, Italy and France, and on GLS in Austria, France and Germany. OrderKrab collects it on 14 carriers, GLS home delivery, InPost, DPD, Omniva and Smartposti among them, on your own contract.
- One fee, by the order. Sendcloud charges a subscription and a fee on every label, even on your own contract, and €0.15 more per label above the plan's monthly limit. OrderKrab charges per order, with a €10 or €25 monthly minimum, and the rate falls as volume grows. At 1,000 orders a month that is €95 on Labels or €135 on Pro, against €177 on Sendcloud Growth.
- Picking on a phone. The OrderKrab app for iOS and Android turns the phone camera into a barcode scanner for pick lists. Several packers can share one queue and never get the same order. Sendcloud's Pack & Go works with a barcode scanner or a computer; we found no phone app on its pages.
- Stock that stays in step. On Pro and FREE, OrderKrab syncs stock with your connected stores. Change a count in OrderKrab and the change goes back to the store. When a delivery arrives, scan each barcode on the phone to add it. Sendcloud's app store points to partner apps for inventory.
- Problem orders fixed early. On Pro, Krab AI checks each order as it syncs from the store and proposes the fix the carrier needs, such as a bad address, before the order reaches the packing table.
