Do I need my own Sendversal account?

Yes. Sendversal opens the account and enables the couriers you ship with, and you enter your Sendversal email and password in OrderKrab once. It is offered to stores shipping from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland: from Lithuania every courier is available, from the other three some are.

Does OrderKrab show live Sendversal prices?

Yes. OrderKrab calls Sendversal's rate API at checkout and shows what it returns, rather than a price you set. Customers see one rate per courier service Sendversal can price for the parcel, with its delivery time in days.

Does it support COD, lockers or returns?

COD, yes, on LP Express, Venipak and DPD services. Parcel lockers and return labels are not available through Sendversal yet. Every booking carries each item's description, value, quantity and HS code for customs.
