Can I use cash on delivery with Nova Post?

No. Nova Post rejects COD when the shipment is created, so the shipment fails rather than going out without it. The Nova Post-booked InPost option behaves the same way. If you need COD, use a carrier that supports it, such as DPD, LP Express, Omniva, Venipak, Smartposti or Zipas Go.

How big is Nova Post's network?

In Ukraine, 54,700 service points in the first half of 2026: 16,765 branches and 37,935 parcel lockers. In Europe, 995 locations as of August 2026 across the 16 countries where it runs its own operations, plus access to 131,900 partner pickup points.

Does Nova Post have its own lockers in the Baltics or Poland?

No. Its Baltic branch counts are in single digits with no reported lockers. In Poland it has said it will not build its own lockers. It delivers through partner networks instead, including InPost's.
