Can I use Matkahuolto if my store ships from the Baltics or Poland?

Only from Finland. The integration is offered to stores shipping from Finland, on your own Matkahuolto contract: you add the customer number, client ID and client secret from Matkahuolto's API Portal once. You set the price customers pay per country; Matkahuolto rates are not quoted live at checkout.

Which delivery options can customers choose?

In Finland, home delivery or one of about 2,200 pickup points, from lockers to shops, kiosks and service stations, as synced on 29 October 2026. Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania get home delivery only. Return labels send the goods from the customer back to your store.

Does Matkahuolto support COD and tracking?

COD is not available on Matkahuolto through OrderKrab, so parcels go prepaid. Each order gets a Matkahuolto tracking link, but delivery status updates do not reach OrderKrab yet.
