Do I need my own Latvijas Pasts contract?

Yes. You add the API key from your Latvijas Pasts contract once, and OrderKrab creates every label at your own rates. You set the price your customers pay per shipping method and country. Latvijas Pasts rates are not quoted live at checkout.

Can customers choose a Latvijas Pasts parcel locker?

Yes. Latvijas Pasts ran 440 lockers in Latvia at the end of 2025, the largest share of the country’s 1,869. For Lithuania and Estonia the parcel goes to a locker in the partner Unisend network, more than 450 locations across the two countries.

Does the integration support COD and courier delivery?

Yes. COD works on courier shipments and at lockers that accept it, using the bank details you enter once in OrderKrab. Courier delivery covers Latvian addresses, with an option for delivery before 11:00; addresses in Lithuania and Estonia are served as postal parcels. Scheduled pickups and manifests are not available for Latvijas Pasts in OrderKrab.

Latvijas Pasts is Latvia’s universal postal operator and runs the country’s largest parcel-locker network: 440 lockers at the end of 2025, about a quarter of all lockers in Latvia. Through its alliance with Unisend the same account reaches more than 450 locker locations in Lithuania and Estonia, and its new subsidiaries plan their own lockers in both countries from the second half of 2026.
