Do I need my own eTonas account?

Yes. eTonas opens the account and gives you API access, and you enter the client ID, client secret and your eTonas login in OrderKrab once. It is offered to stores shipping from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Labels show an eTonas hub as the sender rather than your store, because parcels go to eTonas first.

Does OrderKrab show live eTonas prices?

Yes. OrderKrab calls eTonas's rate API at checkout and shows what it returns, rather than a price you set. Customers see one rate per courier service eTonas can price for the parcel, and you choose which services appear in each country.

Does it support COD, lockers or returns?

Not through OrderKrab yet: eTonas bookings are courier deliveries without COD or return labels. Every booking carries each item's description, weight, value, HS code and country of origin for customs.
