Can I use Royal Mail if my store ships from the Baltics or Poland?

Only from a UK dispatch point. The integration is offered to stores shipping from the UK, on your own Royal Mail Online Business Account: you add your Click & Drop API key once. You set the price customers pay; Royal Mail rates are not quoted live at checkout.

Which destinations and customs forms does it cover?

OrderKrab lists all 249 countries and territories for Royal Mail; the services on your Click & Drop account decide which you can book. Outside Great Britain and the Isle of Man, OrderKrab sends each item's description, value, weight, HS code and origin, and Click & Drop returns a CN22 or CN23 with the label.

Does it support COD, pickup points or returns?

No. Royal Mail parcels go to the recipient's address without COD, and return labels are not available on Royal Mail yet. Click & Drop manifests your labeled parcels itself each working day.
