Do I need my own ORLEN Paczka agreement?

Yes. You add the PartnerID and PartnerKey from your ORLEN Paczka agreement once, and OrderKrab books every parcel at your own rates. It is offered to stores shipping from Poland, for delivery within Poland. You set the price your customers pay; ORLEN Paczka rates are not quoted live at checkout.

Which pickup points can customers choose?

Parcel lockers, staffed partner points and ORLEN fuel stations, in one picker at checkout. OrderKrab's nightly sync listed 13,247 of them on 27 October 2026. The recipient needs a Polish phone number, and each parcel ships in size S, M or L, up to 20 kg.

Does ORLEN Paczka offer COD, home delivery or returns?

No. COD is not available on ORLEN Paczka through OrderKrab, and ORLEN Paczka's API has no home delivery, so every parcel goes to a pickup point. OrderKrab does not create ORLEN Paczka return labels yet.
