OrderKrab is operated by UAB "OrderKrab" (registration number 307409974, Perkūnkiemio g. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius, Lithuania). This page explains how to request deletion of your OrderKrab account and the data associated with it. Submitting a request through this page satisfies the account deletion process required by Google Play's Data safety policy and gives you the same control as contacting us by email.
1. How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your OrderKrab account in either of two ways:
- Fill in the form below (see Section 5 — Request form). We will reply to the email address you submit.
- Send an email from the address registered to your account to info@orderkrab.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include the email address registered to your account and the name of the organization (workspace) the account belongs to.
We will acknowledge your request within two business days. Once identity has been verified, account deletion is completed within thirty days of acknowledgement.
2. What is deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, the following are permanently removed from active systems:
- Your user profile, including name, email address, and any phone number on file
- Your authentication identifiers in our authentication provider (Auth0)
- Your personal preferences and in-app settings
- Activity attributed to you as an individual user (for example, which orders you personally picked or packed) is anonymised in the organization's records
- Any active authentication sessions and device tokens tied to your account
- Crash and diagnostic reports linked to your user identifier
3. What is retained, and for how long
For legal, accounting, and security reasons we retain limited information after deletion:
- Order records and shipping labels are retained as part of the parent organization's business records. Fulfilment data is the property of the merchant organization, not the individual user, and is retained per the organization's agreement with us and applicable e-commerce, tax, and customs record-keeping requirements (up to ten years under Lithuanian and EU law).
- Financial and tax records (invoices, billing history, transaction metadata) are retained for ten years under the Lithuanian Law on Archives.
- Audit and security logs showing that an account existed and was deleted are retained for up to twelve months for security and fraud prevention.
- Backups containing your data are purged on our standard rotation, typically within ninety days.
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics that no longer identify you may be retained indefinitely.

4. Account vs. organization deletion
OrderKrab is a business tool. Most users are members of a shared OrderKrab organization that belongs to their employer.
To leave an organization without deleting your account, contact your organization admin and ask them to remove your access. Your personal account stays active and you can join another organization later.
If you are the owner of an OrderKrab organization and want to close the entire organization (deleting all of its orders, integrations, members, and data), submit a request through the form below and clearly state that you want to close the organization, not only your user account. We will contact you to confirm before proceeding, as this affects every member of the organization.
5. Request form
Submit your deletion request below. We will reply to the email address you provide. To prevent fraudulent requests, we may ask you to confirm the request from the email address registered to the account before proceeding.
