How to subscribe to a plan
OrderKrab has two paid plans: PRO (Pick & Pack workflow, mobile pick lists, Krab AI) and LABELS (multi-carrier labels, order management, checkout delivery methods). Until you subscribe, you are on the FREE plan: all of PRO for up to 50 free fulfillments a month. Free fulfillments you have left stay valid after you subscribe.

In the sidebar, click Settings and open the Plan & billing tab. The Plan card shows FREE with a Not subscribed badge and your remaining Free fulfillments.

Click Subscribe to PRO - or Subscribe to LABELS. For LABELS, a Subscribe to LABELS? window first lists the features you have today that LABELS doesn't include; click Continue to payment to go ahead.

No billing details yet? The Billing information window opens first, filled in from your sender details: check Name on invoice, Company registration number, VAT number (if applicable), Billing email and the Registered address, then click Save to continue.

The checkout shows what you'll pay: the per-order rates and their tiers, the minimum monthly invoice, and the Billing currency - which can't be changed after you subscribe. (A View pricing link opens the full pricing page.)

Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVC in the secure card field.

Click Subscribe. On success you'll see "Subscription successful! Welcome to Orderkrab." and the Plan card shows your plan with an Active badge.
Good to know
- Only owners and admins can manage the subscription.
- Free fulfillments are always used up before billable ones, even after subscribing.
- Plans and billing used to be on the Organization page; they are now a Settings tab.
