How to update your payment card

Update the card OrderKrab charges for your subscription without interrupting service.

    In the sidebar, click Settings and open the Plan & billing tab.

  2. 2

    In the Billing card, find Payment method - it shows the card on file and its expiry date - and click Update.

  3. 3

    Enter your new card details in the secure card field.

  4. 4

    Click Save card. A "Payment method updated successfully." confirmation appears.

Good to know

  • Paying a failed invoice on Stripe's page with a different card also makes that card the one charged for the following months.
