How to cancel your subscription
Cancelling ends your plan at the end of the current month - you keep access to plan features until then, and you can change your mind before it ends.

In the sidebar, click Settings and open the Plan & billing tab.

In the Plan card, click Cancel subscription.

Read the confirmation: the subscription ends at the end of the current month, your plan stays active until then, and the last invoice - this month's orders, or the monthly minimum if that is higher - is charged at the end of the month. Click Yes, cancel subscription (or Keep subscription to change your mind).

A "Subscription cancelled successfully." confirmation appears. The Plan card now carries a Cancels on … badge and a Your subscription ends on … notice.

Changed your mind before that date? Click Resubscribe - Your subscription will continue.
Good to know
- You lose access to your plan's features at the end of the month, not immediately.
- Once the subscription ends, the organization goes back to the FREE plan with its free fulfillments topped up - fulfillment continues as long as free fulfillments are left.
