Free fulfillments and what happens when they run out
Every organization starts on the FREE plan: 50 free fulfillments a month, with all of PRO. At the start of each month, a balance below 50 is topped back up to 50. Free fulfillments are used before any billable ones - even after you subscribe. If they run out and you have no active subscription, the organization is locked until the next monthly top-up or until you choose a plan.

Check your remaining free fulfillments in Settings → Plan & billing - the Free fulfillments counter in the Plan card.

If your organization gets locked, the app takes you to the Choose OrderKrab plan to continue screen. Only that screen and the Invoices page remain reachable.

On the locked screen, pick PRO or LABELS, click Continue to payment, enter your card, and click Subscribe to unlock fulfillment again.

If your billing details are incomplete, click Edit details first and fill in the billing information.
Good to know
- Signing up with a referral or partner code adds 100 extra free fulfillments, once - so your first month starts with 150.
- When a paid subscription ends, the organization returns to the FREE plan and its free fulfillments are topped up again.
- You can also earn extra free fulfillment credits through the Referral Program.
