How to find and manage orders on mobile
The Orders tab gives you the whole order list on your phone - search, filters, statuses - and each order opens into a full detail screen with actions.

Open the Orders tab and search by number, name, email... - or scan a parcel with the Scanner tab to search instantly.

Tap the filter icon to narrow by Store and Carriers and pick a sort order (Newest first, Oldest first, Order # high to low / low to high), then tap Apply.

Use the status selector below the search bar to filter by view (All, Open, Archived) or by a single status like Pending Fulfillment or Needs Attention.

Tap an order to open it. The detail screen shows the Shipment section (delivery method, address, tappable phone and tracking code - one per box when the order went out in several shipments), Customer, Items, Comments, and the Action Timeline. An order that was split lists its other parts under Parts of this order.

Tap the ⋮ button for Order Actions - depending on status: Set order items ready, Set as waiting for picking, Reset fulfillment, Fulfill order, Set ready for pickup, Confirm picked up, Update customer data, and Archive / Unarchive.

To fix customer or address data, choose Update customer data, edit the fields, and tap Save.

Add a comment for your team using the Add a comment... field at the bottom of the order.
Good to know
- Tap the phone number to call the customer, the email to write to them, and the tracking code to open carrier tracking.
