How to run a Pick Slip queue on mobile

The mobile Pick Slip queue walks you through pre-collection order by order on a phone you carry through the warehouse, with camera scanning to confirm items. Picking runs are done here - the web app only points you to the download.

   Open the Pick List tab and tap Pick Slip (or tap Pick Slip on the Dashboard).

   In Pick Slip Filters, check the Orders in queue count and optionally narrow by Stores, Carriers, or Locations - everything is pre-selected by default. Below them, Only orders with these tags / Hide orders with these tags, Made-to-order (Only orders that went through production) and Items in order (Any, Single item, Single product (any quantity)) narrow it further; your tag choices are remembered on the phone. Tap Start Picking.

   One order loads at a time: carrier, order number, an Info button (customer, shop, payment details), any order note, and a progress bar showing {done}/{total} items picked.

   Confirm items by tapping each one once per unit - or tap Scan and confirm them with the camera (see the scan-to-confirm guide).

   When every item is confirmed, tap Next to complete the order and load the next one. Tap Skip to pass over an order you can't pick (confirmed with Yes, Skip).

   Made a mess? Tap Reset to clear the current order's tick-offs.

   To stop, tap ✕. The Finish picking? window tells you what will happen - Your 3 picked orders go to packing. #1042 goes back to the queue. - and the order you are in the middle of goes to packing too if all its items are confirmed. Tap Finish picking, or Keep picking to carry on.

   Need to undo the run? Return everything to the queue at the bottom of that window un-picks every order in this run, including the ones you finished - take them out of the tote - after a Yes, return everything confirmation.

   When the queue empties you'll see All done! No more orders to pre-pack - tap Back to Pick List.
