How to find an order by scanning a barcode
The Scanner tab finds orders instantly: scan a shipping label, a QR code, or any barcode, and the app searches your orders for it.

Open the Scanner tab (Scan to Find Order).

Point the camera at the barcode or QR code — on a parcel label, a packing slip, wherever.

The app jumps to the Orders tab with the scanned value in the search bar and shows the matching order(s).

Tap the order to open its detail screen.
Good to know
- On first use, tap Grant Permission to allow camera access.
- The camera runs only while the Scanner tab is open.
