How to configure fulfillment settings
The Fulfillment tab controls how packing and order processing behave for your whole team. Every change saves automatically — you'll see an "Organization settings have been saved" confirmation.

In the sidebar, click Settings (you land on the Fulfillment tab).

Pick-and-Pack settings (PRO): Exclude unpaid orders from pick & pack queue; Require order items to be confirmed by scanning/clicking (turn off for auto-confirm mode where the label prints on load); Scanner delay between scans (0–10 s cooldown); Show location on order items and filters.

Order Processing: show or hide Orders without OrderKrab shipping and Unprocessable orders from Orders and Analytics; Do not allow unpaid orders to become "Pending Fulfillment"; and Auto-reset "Being Fulfilled" status with a delay in minutes — a safety net that returns stuck orders to the queue.

Pick Slip controls (PRO): switch Pick Slips on to add the pre-collection step, and Instant "Pending Fulfillment" after Pick Slip to release orders as soon as they're picked.

Changes apply immediately — no Save button needed.
