How to print or download a shipping label

Once an order is Being Fulfilled or Fulfilled, its label can be downloaded as a PDF or printed straight to your label printer via PrintKrab.

    Open the order from the Orders page.

  2. 2

    Open the … menu in the top right.

  3. 3

    Under Labels, click Download Label to save the PDF — or Print Label to print it via PrintKrab.

  4. 4

    For bulk downloads: select multiple Fulfilled / Being Fulfilled orders on the Orders page and click Download Labels in the More menu.

Good to know

  • Print Label requires the PrintKrab desktop app running and a connected label printer — check the PrintKrab status in the sidebar.
  • Individual shipments (extra, return) have their own Download/Print buttons in the Shipments window.
