Understanding user roles and permissions

OrderKrab has five roles. What each role can do determines which buttons and pages a person sees.

1. 1

   Owner — full control: edit organization and billing, connect or remove shops, invite or remove members. The owner cannot be removed from the organization.

2. 2

   Admin — everything the owner can do operationally: edit organization details and billing, connect stores, invite and remove members (except the owner).

3. 3

   Staff — day-to-day order and fulfillment work: orders, packing, shipping, returns. Cannot connect stores, manage the team, or change subscription and billing.

4. 4

   Packer — focused on the packing workflows.

5. 5

   Storefront User — handles pick-up orders only, for one assigned store location, using a simplified storefront view instead of the full app.
