How to navigate the OrderKrab app
Everything in the OrderKrab app is reachable from the left sidebar and the top bar. Here's the map of where each feature lives.

Pick and Pack (big blue button at the top of the sidebar) — starts a packing session. Shown when your plan includes Pick & Pack.

Dashboard — your home page: order queue, fulfillment efficiency stats, recent orders, and alerts that need your attention.

Orders — the full order list with search, filters, statuses, and bulk actions. Click any order to open its detail page.

Pick List — an aggregated list of all order items waiting to be sent out, plus the entry point for Pick Slips.

Made-to-order — a production queue for items that must be made before they can ship.

Shipping — carriers and delivery methods, manifests, courier pickups, shipping rules, and the Returns tab where you set return shipping per country. The New Shipment button here opens the custom shipments page.

Returns Portal — customer return requests and portal settings. A PRO feature; on the LABELS plan the entry stays in the sidebar but opens an upgrade screen.

Analytics — fulfillment metrics, charts, rankings, and report exports.

Organization — your storefronts, staff members, plan, and billing.

Settings — fulfillment behavior, store product/location toggles, printer setup, and your language.

Referral Program (gift icon at the bottom of the sidebar) — create a referral code and earn free fulfillment credits.

In the top bar you'll find the notification bell (pending organization invitations) and the user menu, where you can switch organizations, create a new organization, or log out.

If your plan includes printing, the sidebar also shows live PrintKrab and Label Printer status indicators.
Good to know
- Many pages have a How do I use this? link in the footer that launches an interactive guided tour of that page.
- On mobile, a reduced sidebar shows Dashboard, Organization, Pick List, Made-to-order, Shipping, and Settings.
