How to choose and configure your label printer
The Printer settings tab lists every printer PrintKrab can see. You pick the preferred one and configure its label format and size.

Go to Settings → Printer.

Wait for the list to populate (or click Refresh list). Each printer shows a status: Ready, Offline, Error, Incompatible, or Disregarded.

Click the printer you want to use — it gets the Preferred badge.

Click the printer's gear icon to open its settings.

Choose the Label format — ZPL (recommended for label printers) or PDF — and for PDF set the Units (millimeters/inches) and label Width and Height.

Click Test print to send a test label, then save your changes.
Good to know
- Use Disregard this printer to exclude a printer (e.g. an office document printer) from label printing; restore it anytime.
- Incompatible printers can't be selected for label printing.
