How to add comments to an order

Comments let your team leave context on an order — why it was skipped, what to double-check, and so on. They're visible on the order page and inside Pick and Pack.

  1. 1

    Open the order and find the Comments card.

  2. 2

    Type your message in the Add a comment… field.

  3. 3

    Optionally tick Set order as Skipped to also skip the order when the comment is posted.

  4. 4

    Click Add. The comment appears with your name and a timestamp.

Good to know

  • During Pick and Pack, the Comments button in the top bar opens the same comments for the current order.
