1. Purpose and Scope

1.1. This Anti-Spam Policy (the "Policy") is issued by UAB "OrderKrab" (the "Company"), Registration Number 307409974, Legal Address: Perkūnkiemio g. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius, Lithuania.

1.2. The Policy applies to all websites operated by the Company (collectively, the "Websites"): orderkrab.com, admin.orderkrab.com, and the alias domains tryorderkrab.eu, getorderkrab.eu, and orderkrab.eu, which host no content of their own and redirect to orderkrab.com.

1.3. The Policy binds all Company employees, contractors, service providers, partners, and any other person or entity acting on the Company's behalf.

2. Prohibition of Unsolicited Bulk Email

2.1. The Company prohibits the advertising or promotion of any of the Websites through unsolicited bulk email ("UBE", commonly known as "spam"). No person or entity — including employees, contractors, marketing service providers, partners, or other third parties — is authorised to promote the Websites through UBE.

2.2. The following are prohibited without exception in any email sent by or on behalf of the Company:

  • (a) sending to addresses harvested from websites or purchased lists of consumer addresses;
  • (b) falsified, misleading, or obscured sender information or message headers;
  • (c) misleading or deceptive subject lines;
  • (d) sending any message that lacks a clear, functioning way for the recipient to decline further messages;
  • (e) continuing to contact any recipient who has opted out or objected to further messages.

3. Our Outbound Email Practices

3.1. The Company's outbound business correspondence is sent only by named Company staff from Company-controlled mailboxes, addressed individually to business contact addresses of companies to which our services may be relevant.

3.2. Every such message identifies the sender by full name, role, and telephone number, uses an accurate subject line, and contains a simple way to decline further contact. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently.

3.3. The Company maintains suppression lists shared across all of its sending domains, stops all sequences upon any reply, and enforces low daily sending limits per mailbox.

4. Affiliates and Third Parties

4.1. The Company does not operate an affiliate marketing program and has not authorised any third party to advertise or promote the Websites by email.

4.2. Any email promoting the Websites that does not originate from the Company is unauthorised. If you receive such a message, please report it to us as described in Section 6.

5. Legal Compliance

5.1. The Company conducts its electronic communications in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive), and the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania.

5.2. Business-to-business correspondence is conducted on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Objections to processing under Art. 21 GDPR are honored immediately; see also our Privacy Policy.

6. Reporting Suspected Abuse

6.1. To report a message that you believe violates this Policy, contact info@orderkrab.com and include the full message headers where possible.

6.2. We investigate every report within one business day. Reporters' addresses are added to our permanent suppression lists upon request.

7. Enforcement

7.1. Violations of this Policy by employees or contractors result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment or contract.

7.2. The Company cooperates with mailbox providers, anti-spam organisations, and blocklist operators in investigating any suspected abuse involving its domains.
