How to set the Krab AI language

Krab AI analyzes shipping problems and suggests fixes. Its customer-facing messages can be produced in English, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, or Polish.

    Go to Settings → Fulfillment and scroll to the Krab AI section.

  2. 2

    Pick the Language — EN, LT, LV, EE, or PL.

  3. 3

    The change saves automatically.

Good to know

  • Internal data (logs, problem types) stays in English regardless of this setting.
  • Krab AI is a PRO plan feature.
