We offer a low base price, with additional charges based solely on the number of orders fulfilled — ensuring that you only pay for what you use. This usage-based model keeps costs low for stores with smaller order volumes, while still providing access to the platform’s full capabilities.
Our free plan includes complete functionality, making it an ideal choice for start-ups or growing businesses. Every new installation starts with the fully featured OrderKrab version, so you can begin optimizing your fulfillment process right away — with no limitations and no upfront commitment.
Free Trial
OrderKrab starts you off with a fully featured free trial, giving you complete access to all premium functionalities from day one. This trial is designed to help you get set up and running smoothly. After fulfilling your first 20 orders using our system, the trial period ends, and your store will automatically transition to the standard paid plan, plus the usage-based fee outlined below.

Usage fees
In addition to the base price, a usage fee applies based on the number of orders fulfilled within a 30-day period. This fee is calculated according to the tiers outlined in the table below and is applied to each billing cycle accordingly.

Hardware
To operate the OrderKrab system, you’ll need a computer with a monitor and a shipping label printer, as the application runs in a web browser.
While a barcode scanner is not mandatory, it is highly recommended—particularly if your products use SKUs. Using a scanner can greatly enhance efficiency by speeding up workflows and minimizing manual errors. However, all actions can still be performed manually using a keyboard and mouse if a scanner is not available.
If you don’t have the required equipment, we offer convenient rental options for a monthly fee. You’re also welcome to use your own compatible devices.
